Daily: Azerbaijan’s Medical University opened an Iranalogy chamber during a
ceremony attended by cultural officials and university students.
It
provides students with a large number of books on different subjects related to
the Persian sciences, including medicine, history, culture, literature, arts
and tourism, Fars News Agency said.
The
Avicenna chamber provides a large number of books on different subjects, such
as medicine, history, culture, literature, arts and tourism.
The
students will also get the chance to hold scientific gatherings and discuss
their problems with the ambassador.
About
2,500 Iranians study in Azerbaijan’s universities, 850 of whom are medical,
dentistry and pharmacy students.
“The
chamber will provide Iranian students of the university with Persian scientific
sources,” Iranian Ambassador to Baku Mohammad Baqer Bahrami said during the
opening ceremony.
