The
conference of “Islamic philosophy & challenges of today’s world” will be
held in November in Tehran and Hamedan.
Arranged
by the Iranian Institute of Philosophy and cooperating with Hamedan’s Bou-ali
Sina Foundation, Islamic Culture and Relations Organization and the association
of Pshilosophy, the 4-day conference will be held with the attendance of
domestic and foreign professors whom will discuses various maters in the
Islamic philosophy filed.
The
research deputy of the institute, Dr. Shahin A’avani said that the participants
will discuss matters as challenges in the contemporary world, Islamic
philosophy and science, art, law and morality and action in Islamic philosophy.
As
the opening ceremony will be held Nov. 10 in Simorgh hotel, she added that the
second day will be held as roundtables and speeches on the mentioned matters in
the Institute of Philosophy and moreover the conference will continue in
Hamedan.
Subjects
as Avicenna and the contemporary world will be discussed in Hamedan.
Professors
from England, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Turkey, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan,
Bangladesh, Bosnia, Hungary, Lebanon, Nigeria, Japan, America, South Africa,
India and Germany and 60 Iranian lecturers will attend the conference.
