Iran Talks for Selling Copyright of Titles to Foreign Publishers

Public relations manager of the Book House Institute says the preliminary agreements were made for selling copyrights of a research book on Avicenna at Istanbul Book Fair.

 

 

According to the public relations office of the Book House, Istanbul Book Fair kicked off on Saturday in which Iran’s Book House Institute runs a stall to present a number of the prominent releases in Iran.

 

Gitipouyan Azar is the only Iranian exhibitor at the book fair which represents American and European publishers in Iran and Turkey and is running a stall at the book fair.

 

It has presented the English rendition of a number of Persian books inlcuding 'E-Commerce in Developing Countries' by Ali Sanayei. 

 

According to Mehrdad Afsari, executive manager of Gitipouyan Azar, a number of British publishers have so far expressed interest in publishing the title in the UK.

 

Furthermore, Naser Mirzaei, public relations manager of the Book House Institute, has held talks with a number of foreign publishers for selling the publication right of research titles on Avicenna.
